The fee for Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) is $150.00 per 30-minute visit.
$225.00 per 45 minute visit.
Please note, we treat ALL newborns up until age three months old for FREE.
There is no charge for newborns as we believe they all should have the
opportunity for this treatment. Even more so if they were a cesarean birth.
In addition, we have largely discounted fees for children. Please call for more
information.
Medical visits are based on the "Simple Care" formula, which is based on the
amount of time with the physician. Most clinical complaints can be taken care of
in a 20 minute visit for a fee of $115.
At the end of your visit I am happy to accept your payment by Check, Cash, or
Credit/debit card (Visa, Master Card).
I do not accept ANY "Third Party Payers" (Insurance).
I will supply you with a receipt which has the proper codes that you can then
submit to your insurance company or use for tax purposes.
MEDICARE PATIENTS please contact us for the explanation of how our
services can be billed to traditional MEDICARE.
Our fees are based on MEDICARE reimbursement rates. If you have Medicare
and supplemental insurance, you should have little to no out of pocket expense
after reimbursement.
