We bill patients on a Fee-for-Service basis.

The fee for Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) is $270 for an initial (new patient) visit. Follow-up visits are $180.

Please note, we treat ALL newborns up until age three months old for FREE.
There is no charge for newborns, as we believe they all should have the
opportunity for this treatment, especially for babies born by Cesarean section.
In addition, we have largely discounted fees for children.  Please call for more
information.

Medical visits are based on the “Simple Care” formula, which is based on the
amount of time with the physician. Most clinical complaints can be taken care of in a 20 minute visit for a fee of $115.

Payment is expected at the time of the visit. You may pay by check, cash, or
credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and Health Savings Account (HSA)).

I do not accept ANY “Third Party Payers” (Insurance). We are an “out of network” provider.
I will supply you with a receipt which has the proper codes that you can use for tax purposes or to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

ORIGINAL MEDICARE PATIENTS pay us at the visit and then we file electronically so the patient can be reimbursed by check through postal mail. 
(Our fees are based on MEDICARE reimbursement rates.  If you have Medicare
and  supplemental insurance, you should have little to no out of pocket expense after reimbursement.)

MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PATIENTS we will provide you with a completed form you will mail to your plan for reimbursement. PPO plans will reimburse you at the out of network rate. HMO plans DO NOT REIMBURSE FOR OUT OF NETWORK PROVIDERS.
